I'm George

I’m a facilitator, a writer and a guide - working across the spaces of nature connection, deep ecology, environmental peacebuilding, rewilding and humanitarianism.
 

I’m also a partner, a brother and a son - grateful to be alive at this time of the Great Turning in this exquisitely beautiful Earth.

 

I live on the edge of a forest of Oak and Beech which - long ago - old-growth trees, Wolf and Bear once called home. This land has shaped me since I was a child, roaming the deep woods, and continues to infuse my life and purpose.

 

I'm not one for neat categorisations of “what” I am and of what I “do”. Instead, I have come to consider myself as a synthesist and an edge-walker - combining lineages, tending to intersections, and facilitating the crossing of thresholds.
